It takes about 30 minutes of cooking to re-hydrate super sweet corn. One thing you can do to save time, is pour boiling water over the top of it an hour or more before and cover and let it just sit. Then bring water to a boil and cook until tender.
You can use this delicious super sweet corn as a side dish, just season as desired with salt, pepper and a little butter. Or throw a handful of it into your soups or casseroles when cooking them. You can also grind the corn on a coarse setting to make a creamed corn for variety.
