Yes - - This is real butter!
Not powdered, dehydrated butter, but real butter that is spreadable and meltable. Spread it on a grilled cheese sandwich, on a hot blueberry muffin, melt it to fry eggs, this is the real thing.
I was personally skeptical, but I took a can home to try.
I spread the butter on bread, and it spread easily, just like real butter; because it is. I spoke to a friend of mine whoes father was stationed in Asia during the war. She said that is what they used then, and that it was delicious. My friend is 60, so they have been making and perfecting this for years!
I tried frying an Omelet in it (using our Scrambled Egg Mix, Ham TVP and Bega Cheese inside,) and it turned out beautifully. It passed the test, and is every bit as good as fresh.
Over all I was very impressed with this canned butter.

The taste of this butter takes me back to my grandfather's kitchen watching him make muffins. The butter he used was rich and creamy, deep yellow with a real buttery flavor. I never tasted that type of butter again. However, 60 years later, I purchased a case of Red Feather butter from Healthy Harvest. Lo' and behold, it was the same tasting butter that my grandfather had in his kitchen! Way to go Healthy Harvest! Your prices are the most reasonable that I have found to date. I am definitely coming back to your website and reordering Red Feather butter again. Thank you, thank you, thank you....
